Shipping policy

All orders are sent by 99 Minutos and Fedex if. Each order will be sent the same business day if it´s accepted before 10:30 am (except Saturday and Sunday).

If you make a national order with a value of more than MXN $999, we offer free shipping. 

If your order is flagged as possible fraud, it can take up to 2 business days to accept the order. 

Unfortunately, sometimes the shipping companies can disappoint us too. Even though we want all our shipments to be made on time, sometimes they may be delayed. If your order is late, please let us know and we can gladly help you. 

Lastly, if your order was lost and this has been confirmed by the shipping company, we will send it again. However, the third try is the last. By the third try we require you pick it up personally in a physical store.
